Work is continuing onsite at Christ The King School in Dorset for a large two storey extension.
This is the 6th phase of architectural work our Winchester office has undertaken at the school, with previous work including a new sports hall and classrooms.
Working with Spetisbury Construction, the new extension provides 6 new classrooms with a lift for accessibility. Other works will provide an additional outside play area and new library.
The modular part of this project was fabricatd off site by Modulek, using a volumetric steel and timber system. This gives a high quality, well insulated building with a rapid assembly, allowing contruction of the new classrooms to be undertaken during the summer break.
