Last month Chaplin Farrant won a competition held by Ipswich Borough Council to design approximately 120 new affordable homes in a project valued at £13m. The exciting project is the most significant development of new council houses in the area in the last 50 years.
The planning application is currently progressing with the view to submitting it before Christmas.
The houses, which will be built in Bader Close in south-east Ipswich, are designed to be energy efficient, whilst providing the owners with future flexibility.
