Weston Longville Villlage Hall has recieved a Craftmanship Award from the NAA (Norfolk Association of Architects)
The new build received the commendation this month in the 'new non-residential' category. The building provides space for community activities, together with an upgraded kitchen, welfare facilities and a car park.
After being approached by ProHelp, Chaplin Farrant were engaged by the Trustees to provide the much needed new community space for the villages of Weston Longville, Attlebridge & Morton on the Hill.
The judges commented that the "well finished interior is complemented by an exterior that makes use of brickwork, red pantiles and featheredged black painted timber cladding. The featheredged timber cladding is exceptionally well executed with clean level mitre corner joins to all corners."
